Fee Structure
At Stratecom we understand that different clients have different needs and ever changing cost pressures. Therefore, we have developed a range of fee structures to meet the individual needs of our clients and provide the flexibility and choice required to support their changing business needs.
Our fee flexibility is available across our three Stratecom divisions allowing our clients to ‘mix and match’ to each specific service requirements or select one simple integrated fee structure. Our Consultants work closely with our clients to discuss their service needs and to decide on which structure will deliver the best value and sustainability.
Fee for Service (Casual)
Stratecom’s fee for service option is right for client’s that are looking for a simple solution where services are paid for by the hour, half day or day. Fee for service is invoiced on a regular basis based upon the time spent in delivering the service.
