Charles Cameron

Managing Director

Work Law & Policy Consultant

Charles is Stratecom Managing Director and has been consulting in workplace relations since 1993. Charles has extensive experience in workforce management and has a background in industry representation, policy and consultancy services which is complemented by an economics degree and post-graduate diploma in labour relations law.

Sally Parkinson

Client Services Consultant

Sally has a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Diploma of Business Management and is a certified Workplace Trainer (Category 1). Sally draws on her strong customer service orientation and values, along with ability to develop close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure prompt and professional service outcomes at all times.

Peta Nowacki

Work Law & Policy Consultant

Peta has a bachelor of law and arts and a Masters of law (specialising in labour law) and is a qualified and accredited mediator. Peta combines her legal knowledge with her practical experience to provide commercial and business focused advice enabling her to assist with complex workplace relations issues and representation in various Commission, Tribunals and Courts in Victoria.

Nicky is a specialist in human resource management and systems, process documentation and people performance. The depth of Nicky’s experience has established her as a leading operational specialist in the development and application of human resource solutions, across a broad spectrum of industries.

Wendy Jeffery-Lonnie

Workforce Management Consultant

Wendy is a specialist in human resource management (HRM), HRIS and Payroll systems, HRM policy and process documentation, performance management, coaching, training and induction programs. Her experience, across multiple industries, has enabled her to develop practical client-based approaches to operational and strategic HRM.

Andrew is a highly regarded results orientated professional with over 20 years' experience in the Recruitment and Recruitment Technology sectors both in Australia and internationally. Andrew has worked in roles such as Sales and Operations Manager, Sales Director and Chief Operations Officer. Andrew has achieved a broad and deep understanding of what makes a successful business and how to develop and execute business and sales plans to deliver results. In all roles Andrew acts with a high degree of integrity and professionalism and is committed to delivering exceptional value to all clients.

Amy Towers

Work Safety – OHS Consultant

Amy has tertiary OHS qualifications combined with vast experience in the provision of OHS risk management services to a wide variety of large and SME organisations. Her well established skills and experience in a range of health, safety and environmental disciplines enables her to identify and provide practical solutions for a broad range of clients across many industries.

John Young

Work Safety - OHS Consultant

John has a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science and is currently completing a Masters of Applied Science in OHS. John has been delivering health and safety based services for over 22 years and has proven experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing, chemical, construction, automotive and timber industries, mining and extractive, food production and transport and logistics sectors.

Anthea Michael

Work Safety – OHS Consultant

Anthea has a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) with supporting qualifications in OHS, Risk Management and Training and Assessment. Anthea is highly experienced in developing and implementing OHS Management Systems to suit specific businesses as well as Workers Compensation and auditing these systems. This experience enables Anthea to impart the requirements and processes that are fundamental to managers and employees creating, developing, maintaining and auditing OHS systems in the workplace.
