A critical aspect of Stratecom’s sustainable and cost effective service delivery is our focus on training, coaching and mentoring, from senior management through to operational line management, in effective workforce planning and management.
We feel we have done our job when managers and team leaders have developed the confidence to make their own decisions without having to rely upon our ongoing advice and direction. We pride ourselves on being able to bring training alive through the use of real workplace examples and case studies, interaction and engagement with our audience.
We have the capacity to design, review and deliver workplace training programs and courses as well as mentor Managers that require support and direction on everything from the practical application of OHS systems and risk assessment, through to performance management of employees, complaint investigation or successfully changing a team culture.
