Stratecom Work Law and Policy (WLP) works with clients to provide practical and workable advice and support. We are different to a law firm in that we want our service to be sustainable for all forms of business, regardless of whether our client is big or small and we challenge ourselves to provide workable answers and solutions rather than overly legal ones.
Our aim is to partner our clients in all aspects of work law and policy from strategy at board room level through to practical application in the workplace.
Our host of services includes resolving disputes on and off site, interpreting awards, negotiation of enterprise agreements, drafting contracts of employment, advising on and assisting with workforce restructures, tribunal representation and claims defence, through to lobbying government, writing submissions, and delivery of briefings to whole of industry.
