Managing People in the Workplace

Session Summary: This program is designed to provide managers, supervisors and team leaders with the skills to maximise the performance of their teams. The program focuses on building on the participant’s experiences, whilst sharing people management processes and methodologies about ways in which to manage work place situations.

Duration: Full Day - 7 hours in Total 2 x 20 Minute Breaks and 30 Minute Lunch Break

Suitable For: Business Owners, Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Consultants, Operations Manager, Supervisors and Team Leaders
