Risk Management
Risk management has become a catch phrase used in business circles, but what does it really mean? In simple terms it is the identification of areas of business risk and determining methods of minimising those risks. Using AS/NZ 4360 Risk Management Guidelines, our Stratecom WS consultants develop a risk profile based on each client’s operational activities. Our aim is to assist our clients to identify opportunities for improving and/or mitigating potential business losses.
